Salad Recipes to Love

Salad Recipes to Love.  Salads are magical.  I love that a salad recipe can be assembled with any ensemble of ingredients.  The cooking shows call any preparation of two ingredients a salad.  Tomato and asparagus salad.  Frisee and pickled beet strings.  Halved grape and raisin salad.  The classic shredded carrot and raisin salad.  Naturally, there is additional preparation, seasoning and potentially additional ingredients.

Eat the Rainbow with fresh healthy ingredients for the best taste experience and the most health benefits.

That’s the beauty of a salad too.  You can build a salad with a little bit of everything and darn near throw in the kitchen sink.  Fruit salads, Vegetable salads, Pasta salads, Green Salads, Seafood Salads and Potato Salads.  (Read more about potato salad under Fascinating Features of Germany).

Playing with recipes is great fun!  I love looking online for new recipe ideas.  Or I brainstorm a few ingredients then look online to see how others suggest putting them together.  It’s kind of like watching Chopped on the Food Network except I don’t time myself.  My ingredients are simple, not outrageous or decadent.  Certainly I do not carry a supply of truffles or truffle oil in my pantry.
