Health and Fitness; it is something most of us neglect.  That being said, our health is the one area we have control of changing simply by tending to our bodies needs.

Each individual has their own “body talk”, if you will.  People can receive messages from their body it is time to get up and take a daily run.  While other people get the cerebral pulses to say it’s time for an afternoon nap.  Regardless of whether your body and your friend’s body get the same messages, there are two very important things to remember.  One, you are not alone, others get the same messages you do.  Two, you only need to listen to your own “body talk”.
