A Great Way to Start and End Your Day

Getting your day started is a personal thing. I am amazed at those who wake up with the sun, are cheery and ready to face their day when their feet hit the floor. I tend to be the person hitting the snooze button a few times. Of course, I need a few more moments, about 30 minutes or so, to stretch and clear the fog from my brain. Luckily, I have wonderful coffee to jump start my energy. Ideally, I envision waking up, getting out of bed for my coffee, checking my Tipping Circle to see where and how I can help the world today and then move on about my daily business.

Likewise, by the end of the day, I am ready to unwind. I believe it is important to spend this down time reflecting on my goals and accomplishments for the day. Keeping a positive outlook helps reinforce my self-confidence and my commitment to paying it forward. For this reason, I like to enjoy a glass of fine wine, review my Tipping Circle status and start manifesting the changes I plan to initiate in the World the next day.
